A Lesson in Patience

I finished it!!!! I can't believe it - I mean I finished piecing it, now I have to quilt it.  I had a cardinal rule that I would not start anothe project until the current project was finished.  According to my neighbor Jeanne, this meant that I was not a true quilter.  I broke my cardinal rule.  6 months this quilt took to finish and I did do other projects in between.  I had to take breaks from this one.  Now that I look at it, I wish that I had taken my favorite houses and had them framed.  However, my other neighbor Michelle said that at least this way I have a neighborhood.  Hope you like it.  I am very critical of it - I think I have looked at it tooooo long.  Way too many things I notice that I did wrong.  Hopefully the quilting will take that all away!  Have a great day!
