Hi Everyone! Looks like the rain is back for a little bit. We are off with our little ones to Great Wolf Lodge tomorrow - looking forward to that 86 degree indoor water park. Woo Hoo! Look below at the beautiful summer quilts that Lyn and Diane made. The first one by Lyn is going to be used at a school auction. Aren't those fabrics just wonderful for an outdoor picnic? Look at the ants on the red gingham! We used a design allover called Bubbles with orange thread on top and red thread on the bottom. Cotton batting in between.
The second quilt is made by Diane and was made during our snow storm back in January. I believe she used alot of her scraps to make this one. We used cotton batting with a design allover called Daisies and Loops. A mustard yellow thread on top and bottom. Nice work you two! Now all we need is some summer weather! Take care, Richla
