The Choices we make..

Hello everyone!  We made it back from TX late last night - so good to be home.  Here are pictures of a couple of quilts I finished before I left.  They are both fractured quilts and I find it so interesting how different they are based on the fabrics that were chosen.  I even put my fractured quilt next to one of them just to show the difference the border fabric can have on a quilt.  The first one is by Tammie.  We used a design in the border called Quill and a design allover in the middle called Dutch tulips.  The second one is by Sharon.  This is a quilt that her dear friend Sherri made and she had me quilt it so it can hang in her sewing space as a reminder of her.  We used a design in the outer borders called Gingko dragonflys and a design allover in the middle called Tangled.  Nice work ladies!  Hope you like the way they turned out!  Take care, Richla
