Survived...

Good evening everyone!  My sister and friend left on their planes today and it was just the girls and I.  Both of them were in school full time today but somehow I just booked too many things today to get much done.  Phew!

This past weekend the 3 of us cut up a panel and sewed on borders. I quilted 2 of them but there are still lots of beads, embroidery and yarn to add to bling it up.  I decided to embroider mine before I quilted it so I will post pictures of it when I get that done.  On the first one we used hydrangea leaves, swirls and daisies with 2 layers of cotton batting.  The second one we used a scallop border with twisted flowers and 2 layers of cotton batting.  And finally, I did manage to get Anita's quilt loaded today. I am quilting bees in the background right now.  Can't wait to finish it!  Take care,  Richla
