A few lessons....

Good Morning everyone!  I finished up Debra's beautiful quilt this morning.  I sure hope it did not sound like I was complaining in my last post!  I just need to bow my head to all of those longarm quilters who quilt without a computer each day.  I have done pebbling before on quilts - just not fill in the entire background of a quilt before.  What a great experience!  A few things I learned:  1.  I don't have to squeeze the black handles on Thelma until my knuckles turn white - those handles are not going anywhere.  2.  I am not a computer - perfection is in a different form without one.  3.  I need to get to the gym and work on my core and lower back strength.  :)  Anyway, here is Debra's quilt.  I just have to sew on the hanging sleeve and then I am all done.  We used wool batting on this one and light blue thread and a dark cherry thread.  Debra - your sewing was perfect as always.  Love this pattern!  Hope you like the way it turned out.  Take care, Richla
