Can you believe it? I still have to get my Easter eggs stuffed before this weekend. I'll be up late tonight and tomorrow night. I love Easter. It was one of my favorite times growing up. I lived with my grandparents on a small farm in Edna, TX and each Easter they would take three goose eggs and spray paint them. One gold, one silver and one half gold/half silver. My cousins, sister and I would spend the whole day looking allover for those 3 eggs. The gold one was worth $75, the silver $50 and the mixed one was $25. Such fun and such good memories!
I finished up another beautiful quilt. This one was made by Stephanie for her sister who is currently in hospice. Love the fresh colors and she put her initial in the middle of the quilt. We used a design allover called Wild Mouse with a dark gray thread and wool batting. Nice work Stephanie! Hope everything is still going ok with your sister. Take care, Richla
