Puppies!

Good Morning everyone!  We have been up since 4am whelping puppies!  So exciting!  Our dog, Penny, had 6.  The last one wasn't breathing when it was born and it took us almost 25 minutes to revive it, but now they are happy and healthy.  Yeah!

Here are a few more quilts I finished up this week.  The first one is by Dotty!  Love Dr. Seuss!  We used a design allover called Target with white thread and cotton batting.  The second one is by Lucy.  She made this as a graduation present.  I did free motion on most of the quilt.  I quilted swirls, water, pebbles and squiggly lines allover the quilt with a dark blue thread and wool batting.  And finally, the last quilt is a vintage quilt that Mary Lee found in her travels.  We used a meandering flower allover with a neutral thread and cotton batting.  Love the fabrics!

Gorgeous ladies!  Hope you like the way they turned out!  Take care, Richla
