Good evening! I am feeling really tired today! It has been a busy week and tomorrow is packed full of to-do's! I'm looking forward to leaving for Leavenworth on Friday. Hopefully we can make it out there without any of the roads being closed.....
Anyway, here are a couple more beautiful quilts I finished up. The first one here is by Marie. We actually used a design allover called Surf with two layers of batting: A cotton blend and Dream wool. The thread is a light khaki thread. I love how the swirls look like the wind kicking up in the background. Love!!!
The second one is by Peggy. Look at all those diamonds. The fabrics have a lot going on so it is hard to see the quilting. We used a design allover called August Rain with a cobalt blue thread and cotton batting.
