And we're off!

Good Morning everyone!  Hope you had a great Halloween and lots of trick or treaters!  You should see how much candy my girls brought home last night.  They are super smart and know to hide their candy, otherwise, I will go through it all and pick out my favorites.  HeeHee!

Ok - here are some more quilts I finished up.  Trust me, I have been "kwilting" away but with the girls busy schedule after school - I have lost my habit of posting each night before I go to bed.  I'll try to form a new habit of posting again each day.

This first quilt is by Linda.  Love the vintage Halloween fabrics!   We used a design allover called Charlotte's web with a neutral thread and wool batting.

This next quilt is by Joyce.  Love the autumn feel to this quilt. I wanted it to feel like a brisk, breezy fall day, so I quilted waves of wind allover the quilt.  Neutral thread and a double layer of dream cotton batting.  Love!

This purple beauty is by Stephanie.  We used a design allover called Retro Hearts with a dark cherry thread and wool batting.  It's amazing how thread color can transform a quilt sometimes.  Love how it turned out on this one.

And, I'm off!  I'll try and post more pictures on Sunday or Monday.  My husband are off to Southern CA for the Breeder's Cup horse races this weekend.  I don't have a big fancy hat, but I do have a fancy dress.  Wish me luck!  I love to gamble on the horses!  Take care, Richla
