A little bit of rain - Finally!

Good Morning!  I have to say, it has been so gorgeous with all of the sunshine we have been having this January but I have missed the rain.   I know.....  At least it is back for only a  couple of days.

Here are a couple more quilts I finished up last week.  This first one is by Barb.  We used a design allover called Florence with a dark green thread and No Batting.  Yep - no batting.  She brought a heavy duty fleece for the back and it quilted up beautifully.    What do you think?

The second one is a beautiful Henrietta Whiskers by Lyn.  Lyn had all the original fabrics and I LOVE IT!!!  I did not have all of the originals for mine and now I am kicking myself in the butt for not ordering the original kit.  The depth of color is awesome.  I did mainly free motion on this quilt and two layers of batting:  Dream cotton and Dream wool so the applique shapes would puff up off the quilt.  Really nice work Lyn!  AND, look at the cute back she made.  Just darling....  Hope you like the way it turned out.
