Two by Dorena!

Good Afternoon!  We are getting ready for the Hawks game! Go Hawks!!!  I finished up two quilts by Dorena today.  Love both of them!  The first one is a Bargello which I think she said was quite challenging - but I think it is so awesome.  We used a design allover called Modern Eccentric with a charcoal gray thread and cotton batting.

The second one was a kit at Gathering Fabric a couple of years ago.  I did some custom work on this one and Yes, the white background around the present is quilted with Basket Weave.  2 layers of cotton batting and white thread.  LOVE!

Finally, Fall classes are getting full and I still have room in the class Dorena is teaching called Spicy Spiral Table Runners.  This is a project where you can finish the top during class time.  You can make it with Halloween fabric, Fall fabric, Christmas fabric, Seahawks - you name it.  Here is a link to see the different combinations:  http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=spicy+spiral+table+runner&qpvt=spicy+spiral+table+runner&FORM=IGRE.
