Thinking out loud...

Hi Everyone!  I can't believe we are at Labor Day weekend!  I finished up the shams to go with Mary's quilt.  I can't wait to see it all finished and on her bed.  I used Denali on one side, the loopy swirls in the middle and cross hatched the other side.  Really nice work Mary!  Oh, and two layers of batting:  wool and warm and natural with gray thread.

On another note, I am seriously thinking of building my own longarm studio on our property and wanted to  add another Computerized longarm machine.  I was thinking some of you might be interested in renting time on it.  What do you think?  Are any of you interested in that?  It would not be the manual free motion work(unless that is what you want) but instead you would get to pick from 5 different all over computerized patterns for your quilt.  There would be training classes too.  Anyway, I'm just thinking of ways to expand my little business and also help streamline my turnaround time.  I also thought it would be fun to have a little sewing club once a month since I will definitely have the room for that or classes, etc. .   Anyway, would love feedback.  Feel free to leave a comment or email me on the side.

Take care!  Richla
