Another day...

Good Morning everyone!  I had some plans change yesterday and managed to get a couple of quilts done.  WooHoo!  The first one is by Nancy.  This is a one block wonder - I love how the color moves.  We used a design allover called Sparks with a dark green thread and cotton batting.

The second one is going to be hanging at the QWNW booth at Sew Expo.  We used a design allover called Wild Mouse with 2 layers of Dream cotton "request" batting and white thread.  Pay attention to your battings especially when buying Dream.  Dream cotton comes in 4 lofts and Request is the thinnest.  The 2 layers of the request is equivalent to Dream select which is what I carry.  Just fyi.....  no sense in paying a premium for the Request level of batting unless you are really looking for a very lightweight sheer cotton batting.  :)
