Good afternoon everyone! I only got one quilt done this week. We have been out of our house this week while they rip out carpet and put in more hardwood floors. Starting this Saturday, we have to be completely out of our house for 1-2 weeks while they sand and stain. Argh! However, it will look so awesome once they are finished. Can't wait!!! The quilt I finished up was made by Traci. I rarely see the same quilt twice, but I do have a few of these in my closet and my own to make. It is a super cute quilt!
I used a champagne colored thread which really sparkles in the light with a layer of dream cotton batting. I quilted peppermints, snowflakes, swirls and wreaths into the quilt. I also managed to get the year and Traci's initials quilted in too. Nice work Traci! Hope you like the way it turned out. I am going to try and get one more quick quilt finished up tomorrow and then I will get to do some personal sewing for the next week or so. Yeah!!! Take care, Richla
