Hi Everyone! Hope you had a great rainy Thursday! My friend, Ellen had her birthday a couple of days ago and I quilted up this quilt for her. It is a pattern by Quilt Soup - love their patterns! I used feathers, flowers, hearts, swirls, echoing and scallops on this quilt. 2 layers of batting: Legacy 80/20 blend and Dream wool. Love the feel and the weight of the 2nd layer and a neutral thread allover. Really nice work Ellen! your applique quilt is beautiful!
I started on another beautiful applique quilt by Kay today. Can't wait to show you this one - it's turning out gorgeous!!! Take care, Richla
