We are so close! The girls are out of school on Wednesday then it is off to TX for our summer vacation. I definitely have vacationitis today. I did manage to quilt up a couple of quilts for Camp Korey and American Heroes and I quilted up this quick quilt I made for the family for summer.
I used a layer of Dream Wool because my family likes puff with off white thread and spools of thread and needles all over. Why? Just because! I thought it would be a whimsical touch. :) I also used Riley Blake Minky on the back - it is so soft.
I have more classes posted under Class Descriptions at the top of my blog with a Liberated Sewing Series starting up. Very excited! Also, I still have room in my Fabric Flower Class on Monday, July 28th. I'm going to be sewing up my Halloween Roses while I am in TX. I'll try to get a picture posted when I'm done. If you are interested in signing up for a class, simply give me a call or send me an email to gotkwilts@comcast.net. A lot of these classes have requirements, so it's a good thing to register soon so I can get the info to you to get started.
Have a great day! Richla
