The Potato Wagons are Rolling over...

Thunder!  I love it - makes me feel like I'm back home in South TX.  I got alot done today because the girls and I stayed home almost the whole day.  I started with Mary's quilt.  This was a quilt that she had pieced with the backing and batting, turned inside out and had sewn on the most beautiful trim.  She felt like it needed some quilting, but since I couldn't get it stretched really tight, we did a very loose quilting design called Noodle Soup.  I love the Amy Butler fabrics!

The second quilt is a cute baby quilt made by Nancy.  We used a design allover called Van Gogh with cotton batting and a khaki thread.  And finally, I just finished one of Eileen's quilts.  This is a blended quilt and the fabrics are just divine!  We used a pretty dense design allover called Abundant Feathers and wool batting.  It really makes it feel old fashioned.  Nice work as always ladies!  Hope you all have a great weekend!  Richla
